So if 3G gets disconnected, it should automatically connect to wifi. I am either at home or in the office where there is wifi. I was told that i should keep my eye on the phone while using viber, in case it gets disconnected!!!! When I called customer service to explain that I only used 'Viber" to call my husband who is on a trip overseas, I was told that if the internet gets disconnected from my cell phone, it is charged as a long distance call. I had a huge bill this month, and when I looked at where the increase came from, I found that I have been charged for making international calls, one of the calls was $50 and others that are $11 and more.
